2023 Whistler Weekend Retreat

September 8-10, 2023

NSRide is bringing back the weekend retreat in Whistler!  The Whistler retreat includes a weekend of riding and exclusive accommodation.  Saturday will be an official club ride in the Whistler Valley Trail Network.  Sunday will be yours to organize with lots of options including a second day of trail riding or Whistler Bike Park.

For this year's Whistler retreat, we have booked the Fireside Lodge in Creekside.  NSRide will have exclusive use of the lodge and its facilities. 

All attendees of the Whitler Retreat must be NSRide Members.  At minimum, one member of each party needs to be a full member, but significant others or one friend are welcome to attend the retreat with a one-week guest pass..

Whistler has so many faboulous trails to explore, this is a great opportunity to spend some time with NSRide members and take advantage of a great deal on accommodation. We will also have prizes to give away for those staying at the lodge Saturday evening and lots of beer from our awesome sponsor Container Brewing..

Note:  If you can't stay the weekend, members are welcome to drive up and join the ride on Saturday. The accommodation option is for those who choose to stay in Whistler.

Date:         Friday, September 8 - Sunday September 10.

Location:  Fireside Lodge, 2117 Nordic Dr, Whistler, BC

Fee:           $140.00 per person

What is included:

• 2 nights stay at Fireside Lodge (check-in Friday, check-out Sunday)
• NSRide Whistler Ride (guided ride) Saturday, September 10 (must be a NSRide member to participate)
• Share your riding stories with NSRide members with complimentary beer from Container Brewing!
• Lots of swag and giveaways.

Important Notes:

• At least one member of each party needs to be a full NSRide Member.  Significant others or one friend are welocme to join a full member as long as they have (at minimum) a one week guest pass valid for the dates of the retreat
• Please note, guests must bring their own bedding (sleeping bags/sheets/blankets/pillows) and towels.

Cancellation Policy

• We are unable to offer cancellaitons, but substitution is permitted.  If you are unable to make it, find an NSRide member to take your place and contact the organizer to let them know who will be attending.
• No refunds will be issued for late notices or "no-shows".
• This is a rain or shine, sleet or snow event.  In the unlikely case that the event has to be cancelled, 100% of all registration fees will be refunded.
